The film in fact witnessed a massive growth in numbers over the second Saturday. The movie is the story of Murlikant Petkar who became India's first Paralympics gold medallist. Talking about the box office collection of Chandu Champion, the movie made around Rs 5.40 crore on its opening day. Kartik Aaryan's film saw a massive growth as it made around Rs 7.70 crore and Rs 11.01 crore respectively on day 2 and day 3. Over the weekdays, Chandu Champion maintained its pace. On Monday, it made Rs 6.01 crore, on Tuesday, it collected Rs 3.6 crore. On day 6, the movie made around Rs 3.40 crore and on day 7, it made Rs 3.01crore. Day 8 saw good numbers as it made Rs 3.32 crore. The second Saturday, Chandu Champion made Rs 6.30 crore and on Sunday, it made Rs around Rs 8.01 crore. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 57.76 crore.
