Bigg Boss 18's first week was dramatic and how. Even the second week started on a dramatic note. Bigg Boss introduced the twist of Time of God. One out of the eighteen contestants gets a chance to be the Time of God and it comes with special powers. All the contestants had to choose one among themselves for the power. A task was carried out in which the contestants had to name one to get eliminated from the task. The one who survives till the end gets the power. Shrutika Arjun eliminated actress Alice Kaushik. She said that she did not like Alice mocking her way of speaking and that is why she is removing her from the task. This left Alice furious.
In Bigg Boss 18, we saw Shrutika Arjun and Alice Kaushik getting into a nasty fight. The former states that she understands the difference between fun and mocking. She feels that Alice mocks her every time and then covers up by saying that she is too sweet. She also added that every morning when she goes to the changing room and speaks in English, Alice repeats her every word and mocks her South Indian accent and then covers up by saying that she sounds sweet. The fight does not end here. Alice then fights with Shrutika Arjun in the kitchen area that became big in entertainment news.
Alice's EXACT words for Shrutika:
"she's crazy, she's mental. I'm gonna nominate her every f*ckin time & it's gonna be personal. Bloody b*tch."

Alice then talks to Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra stating that had Shrutika felt that she was being mocked, she should have at least spoken to her and clarified. She gets angry and nasty stating that she will now nominate Shrutika during every nominations as it has got personal. She also calls her 'stupid', 'mental' and more. She also goes on hurling a few abuses and calls Shrutika 'bloody b*tch'. As the argument escalates, she goes on to call Shrutika a liar. And then Alice vows to ruin Shrutika's happiness till the time she is in the house. Shrutika in front of everyone says that she tried to tell Alice about mocking and yet she did not listen. Then Shrutika also comments that Alice is an adult and she does not need to be repeatedly told.
