Naturally, all eyes are on this box office clash given that both the stars hold 'superstar' status. There were a lot of expectations from Jaat as Sunny Deol's last film Gadar 2 did wonders at the box office. On the other hand, Ajith Kumar has been consistently delivering hit after hits. Starting with Sunny Deol's movie Jaat, the film witnessed a great jump in numbers on day 4, i.e., first Sunday. As reported by Sacnilk.com, the action-packed movie made around Rs 14 crore at the box office on day 4. These are the early estimates. Jaat took a decent start at the box office as it made around Rs 9.5 crore on day 1. The following day, it witnessed a slight dip in numbers as it made around Rs 7 crore. The third day, Jaat made approximately Rs 9.25 crore at the box office. Now the total collection of the film stands at Rs 40.25 crore after four days. Sunny Deol-starrer received positive reviews from critics and audience, leading to decent growth in box office numbers.
Ajith Kumar's Tamil film Good Bad Ugly is killing it at the box office. The film is on a record-breaking spree. As reported by Sacnilk.com, the film that has been released in multiple languages, made around Rs 20.50 crore at the box office on day 4. On day 1, i.e., first Thursday, Good Bad Ugly took a flying start at the box office as it earned Rs 29.25 crore. On day 2, Ajith Kumar-starrer made around Rs 15 crore and on day 3, it made around Rs 19.25 crore at the box office as per Sacnilk.com. Now, the total collection of the movie has surpassed the Rs 80 crore mark.
Both the films are showing no signs of slowing down but first Monday will serve as the real test for Jaat and Good Bad Ugly.
