Popular television actress Dipika Kakar who is battling second-stage liver tumour cancer spoke her heart out about not being with Saba Ibrahim's baby boy Haider after his birth. Dipika got emotional in Saba's vlog and shared a heartfelt moment during her son Ruhaan's second birthday. Dipika, Shoaib, and their families were seen enjoying themselves after a lot of tough phases. Ruhaan's second birthday was a joyful family gathering for all and they spent quality time with each other. Dipika was seen taking Haider on her lap and playing with him.

In the vlog, Dipika said that she could finally sit with Haider properly and play with him. She was seen holding Haider close to her. Saba who was also present said that bhabhi saw Haider before but on Ruhaan's birthday, they got an opportunity to relax and chill together. Dipika then spoke about why she could not be there for Haider's birth and said that there was so much stress back then and many things happened.
She also said that Haider was born and she could not even welcome him properly. Saba was seen supporting Dipika and said that it was because of her that she could handle everything smoothly. Saba said that before Dipika went to the ICU, Saba had texted her, but she already slept and did not see the message. Saba said that she kept waiting for Dipika's reply. Dipika got emotional as she said that she was so eager to be able to guide her and tell her things. Saba further added saying that Dipika had shared everything prior and that is why she did not feel stressed out after coming home.
Well, Saba went into labour while Dipika was undergoing surgery and despite not being there physically, she managed to give detailed guidance to Saba for delivery and postpartum care.
