Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has taken a leap of seven years. Abhira and Armaan are no longer together. They got separated when they lost their baby girl during her Nahavan ceremony. However, Armaan did find his baby back but he did not inform Abhira or anyone else about it. He just ran away with his daughter and now lives in Mount Abu. He works as a radio jockey to earn money. He stays with his daughter, Maira in a small house. Geetanjali is Armaan's friend and also his neighbour. She is very close to Maira and even wants her to marry Armaan.
On the other hand, Abhira lives with Dadisa and Vidya in a small chawl. They were thrown out of the Poddar house by Sanjay and Krish. They both have taken over the law firm and house from Dadisa. Krish has changed and behaves rudely to everyone. Dadisa and Vidya sell sarees to earn money while Abhira works as a lawyer. She lives in the guilt that Armaan lost his daughter because of her.
However, she is unaware that Armaan kept her in dark. We saw that Anshuman has entered Abhira's life. He is a big businessman and Krish's would-be brother-in-law. He has invested in Dadisa, Vidya's saree business and seems to be interested to know more about Abhira.
Armaan decides to marry Geetanjali
In the upcoming episodes of Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we will see that Maira will participate in a dance competition. After clearing one round, they will go to Udaipur for the second one but will not inform Armaan. He will then rush to Udaipur to stop Maira from meeting anyone from Poddar family and especially Abhira.
On the other hand, Anshuman and Abhira will join hands for a stall at the same event Maira will be performing. Armaan and Abhira will come face to face at the event. Armaan will lie to Abhira that Maira is Geetanjali's daughter and he is going to marry Geetanjali, hence Maira calls him dad. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
He will then decide to marry Geetanjali soon so that Abhira cannot take away Maira from him. But, we will see that Anshuman will soon find out the truth about Armaan and reveal Maira's indentity to Abhira. It will be interesting to see if Abhira will forgive Armaan and will she get her daughter back.
