Mukesh Khanna slammed Zeenat Aman for asking people to follow Western culture. He states that the live-in relationship is the culture of the West and that Zeenat has lived her whole life as per the Western culture. Now, Alia Bhatt's mother, Soni Razdan came across his take on Zeenat's views about why people should live together. The actress seemingly mocked the Shaktimaan actor for the same. She reacted to the same with sarcasm. "Gosh. Can't imagine what would happen if a couple live together in a 'live -in' relationship and don't get along. The mind boggles,"(sic).

What did Mukesh Khanna say about Zeenat Aman?
While talking to Dainik Jagran that the idea of a Live-in relationship is not recognized in Indian culture and history. He said the roots of live-in relationships have been found in the Western culture. The Mahabharat actor said that it is not acceptable for a boy and a girl to live together like a husband and a wife before marriage. He questioned what if they did not get along well. Mukesh said that people should think before speaking.
