Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2 have been breaking several records at the box office. The film is winning million of hearts with its exceptional storyline and plot. The audiences are in love with the Stree sequel and are pouring immense love on the team. The horror comedy has managed to earn Rs 283 crore globally in gross box office collection in its opening weekend.
As per production house Maddock Films, the Hindi movie has managed to collect Rs 240 crore gross in India and Rs 43 crores gross internationally. Well, it was surely a blockbuster weekend for Stree 2. Stree 2 has so far collected Rs 204 crore in net box office collections in India as per the production house. They captioned the post as, 'The Box Office Juggernaut that's BREAKING and SHATTERING records! Thank you audience, for making it happen'. The movie has been trending in the entertainment news.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 was released in theatres on August 15. The film also stars Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles. Stree 2 has managed to beat Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani's overseas collection. The Sunday collection of Stree 2 is much higher than the first day collection. Stree 2 collected Rs 9.40 crores on Wednesday, Rs 55.40 crores on Thursday, Rs 35.30 crores on Friday, Rs 47.70 crores on Saturday and Rs 58.20 crores on Sunday.

Despite facing competition from two big Bollywood stars Stree 2 remains undeterred. John Abraham's Vedaa and Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein are clashing at the BO. Vedaa has collected Rs 13.25 crore and Khel Khel Mein has received Rs 13.95 crore. Stree 2 starring Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee has become the third highest-grossing film of 2024.
